How to measure


When you order any Sharkguard length, we offer FREE cutting of pieces to fit your fence perfectly, to ensure an easy install when they arrive.


COMMON YARD
Measure the total length of each straight section you want to cover. If your fence has gates, measure these individually like shown in the picture.

For example IF (A = 12.8M LONG)
 You’ll need a quantity of 6 (2.4m pieces) which would equal to a length of 14.4M. We can then trim down the last panel for you by the difference so it fits.

SIDE GATES

Measure each segment of gate and fence, so that we can cut each piece to the exact length needed.

POST TOP FENCES

Your fence may be panel fencing like shown. Let us know the length of each section and we’ll cut Sharkguard to fit.

For the post tops inbetween fence panels, we offer Post Top Spikes which fit nicely on posts like these.

BRICK/CONCRETE FENCES

For fences wider than 80mm, such as thick brick or concrete wall, the Sharkguard Top Mount varieties are usually the most suitable option for a perfect fit.

Such as our Single Spike , Double Spike or Babyshark profiles.

We recommend to measure along the external edge of your fence for placement of Sharkgaurd.
